Boop is an energetic, playful little girl who loves spending time with both her toys and other pups. She’s doing great with her crate and potty training and is progressing steadily. Boop will be smaller than her brother Rudy and absolutely adores praise and treats—she’s very food-motivated! She gets along wonderfully with both puppies and adult dogs and especially enjoys playing outside. Boop has good recall, knows how to sit, and would thrive in an active family that loves outdoor adventures. She’s up to date on all her vaccinations and deworming.

Rudy is a super sweet big little boy who loves to hang out and cuddle. He also enjoys playing with other puppies. Rudy is going to be a fairly large dog. He has been working on his crate and potty training and is doing well with both. He comes to his name and has learned to sit already. Rudy is one of eight that came to us at the end of December in very poor shape. He is now completely healthy and up to date on his vaccinations and deworming. He is looking for an active family that will take him on adventures and then sit and watch Netflix.

Male Pitbull Cross
Tex is one of the cutest, most fun-loving little dudes around. He may be little, but don’t tell him that; he thinks he’s the size of the bigger pups. He would play all day, then curl up in your lap to watch TV and get in some quality snuggles. Tex will be a smaller medium dog. He’s doing great with crate training and is working on potty training. He’s very food-motivated and learning his basic training. Tex is up to date on his vaccinations and on a regular deworming schedule. Tex is looking for an active family to call his own.

Ribbon is a super sweet, active girl that has an amazing off-switch. She loves to play but also seeks out the first open crate she can find to have a nap. Ribbon knows how to sit and has had a few lessons with a lead. Fully crate-trained and fully potty-trained. She would love to have an active family. She does ok with cats so far. Gets along with all other dogs. Very treat motivated, and training will be a breeze. She loves her people and so far has done great with strangers. She will be a larger-sized girl.

Spayed Mastiff/Lab Cross
Cora has all her basic obedience training, is fixed, and is microchipped. She is house and crate trained. Cora is a sweet girl with a ton of energy but also doesn’t realize her size. She would thrive in a home with older kids due to her size. She is good with other dogs with proper introductions. She does not do well with cats, and we would not recommend her with small animals.
Approximately 1.5 years old
Lab Cross female
Vixen is a ball of energy that has her basic obedience training and is great with other dogs. She has shown interest in cats but hasn’t had any real interactions with them. Vixen is crate and house trained. She is very food-motivated, which helps make training a breeze. She also adores kids.

Spayed Malamute female
Keela is a super loving girl with moderate energy and a good off switch. She adores people and loves giving full-body hugs. Keela has a high prey drive and is not good with small animals. She does well in a crate. As a large dog who doesn’t know her size, she needs a home with no small children. Keela is up to date on vaccinations and on a regular deworming schedule. She doesn’t get along with other dogs besides her long-time pal Domino. She needs a 6 ft. fence, as she’s an escape artist. She and Domino must be adopted together, as they’re very bonded after running feral for so long. Keela is mostly potty trained but still has the odd accident. She knows basic commands and has OK recall.
Estimated 3-4 years old
Intact Malamute male
Domino is a sweet, gentle big guy who thinks he only weighs 10 pounds. He’ll happily claim your sofa, chair, and probably your bed too. He came into our care with Keela, and they’re very bonded. Yes, his haircut is a bit funny right now—he was shaved to remove years of heavy matting that affected his health and mobility. While he enjoys being outside, Domino has quickly decided he prefers life as a house dog and avoids puddles like the plague. He still needs to gain some weight but is making good progress. Domino is fully house-trained and does okay in a crate. Neither he nor Keela does well with other dogs or small animals, and a home without small children is recommended due to his size and his lack of awareness of it.

Kelpie/Border Collie Cross female
Spitz is a feisty yet loving medium-sized little tank. She gets along with other dominant dogs only. She will thrive as the only dog. Spitz is fully crated and house trained. She loves to sleep right beside your pillow. She is definitely more Kelpie than Border Collie. Very active girl that lives to be outside and on adventures. She is not great with cats. Spitz will excel with someone who hikes or wants to do dog sports. She has good recall and is retraining on basics. She can be very vocal and opinionated. She has never been around small children; she has only been around teens.

Intact Border Collie male
Pine is a goofy dog who secretly thinks he’s a cat—he loves climbing up high to survey the world. He gets along with most dogs with proper introductions. He’s fully crate and house trained but may need a refresher after time in outdoor kennels. Pine loves attention and needs an active owner to keep him busy. He has a happy-go-lucky personality and, with his long legs, is quick and surprisingly agile for a larger border collie. He’ll excel in dog sports. He does okay with cats but may chase, and while he has some stock drive, he’s not suited for stock work.
2-year-old
Neutered Bull Terrier/Corgi male
Dug is a super friendly little fella that had a rough start. He was dumped near a farm up north that did take him in. He gets along with other dogs and loves to play fetch and play with toys. Dug will follow his people everywhere. One of his favorite things in life is cuddles. He is house and crate trained and knows basic commands. He weighs around 45 pounds and has the height and stature of the corgi. Dug is very calm in the house and gets along with all kids; his downfall is cats. True to his corgi nature, he’s a natural herder to boot.

This handsome little dude came to us in dire straights and had to have emergency surgery to repair a severely prolapsed rectum. The odds were stacked against him. Koa and his family were starving, trying to survive. A few folks tried to make sure they had food to eat. Then this little warrior got sick and had something rare happen, typically only seen with cattle and other livestock. A few months old, he’s still a happy boy. Stay tuned for updates, Koa is not currently available.

Tuna is a shy little girl who is waiting for someone to show her what it means to be loved. She needs a patient, gentle home to help her learn that humans can be kind and safe. Tuna, along with her brother Sh and their mama, came from a rescue near Tisdale, Saskatchewan, where they were found in poor condition, surviving on whatever they could find. Because of this, she is very food-motivated, which can help build trust. She does have a preference for soft treats and foods, making mealtime a great opportunity to bond with her.
3-year-old
Kelpie female
Cactus is a high-energy dog who must be kept on a leash when outside. She’s vocal, can be kenneled, and is fully house-trained. She knows the basics but can be stubborn and needs more work on recall. She’s a Velcro dog who loves being close and would happily be carried. She’s good with people and cars but can be a bit skittish at first. Cactus cannot live with small animals and has shown some tension with other dogs. She will sleep in a kennel but prefers the bed. She may get into garbage or take food from counters. Her growling is simply her way of communicating and isn’t a sign of aggression.
